We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and engaging Band 5 NMC Registered Nurse, who has a distinct passion for delivering high quality patient care within community services.

You will be joining our North Alliance LAP Service on a full-time basis to provide remote triage of calls and referrals made to the North community nursing teams.

As a triage staff nurse you will be expected to have professional and clinical knowledge of community nursing. Whilst not providing regular face‑to‑face patient contact you will need to maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of the clinical aspects of community nursing in order to resolve clinical queries over the phone and to enable effective remote assessment and clinica...
