Key Responsibilities:

•  Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients 


•  Build trust and rapport to increase case acceptance 


•  Coordinate scheduling and financial arrangements for treatment 


•  Work closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure seamless patient experience
