Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans clearly and professionally
• Explain insurance coverage, financing, and payment options
• Coordinate orthodontic financial arrangements and payment plans
• Verify insurance benefits and coverage
• Support treatment acceptance through patient follow-up
• Manage accounts receivable, outstanding balances, and payment collections

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of dental office experience
• Experience with patient financials and accounts receivable
• Orthodontic treatment coordination experience is an asset
