Treasury Safeguarding Junior Analyst

Ebury Leon Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week

Responsibilities

• Help enhance the global safeguarding framework, establishing globally consistent standards, ensuring ongoing compliance with local regulations, and implementing best-in-class controls.
• Process implementation and review as the business grows for new products and processes validating this meets all our requirements.
• Assist with audit delivery and remediation.
• Review of existing processes and procedural enhancements.
• Breach control and incident review and remediation.
• Work with various stakeholders across the business to effect change (Tech, Operations, Finance, Compliance).
• Monitor KPIs, risk assessments and management information and metrics.
• Follow and promote a culture of operational compliance.
