Treasury Head in Makati upto 300k

Reporting to the CFO

Must come from Real Estate industry

Responsible for managing the company's liquidity, funding strategies, banking relationships, and financial risks to support development projects and property management operations.

Ensure the company has sufficient cash flow for construction, acquisitions, and operational expenses while optimizing the balance sheet.

Core Responsibilities

• Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly cash positions; forecasting cash requirements to support operational and capital investment needs.
• Spearheading financing initiatives, managing debt portfolios, and ensuring compliance with loan covenants.
• Negotiating with banks for credit lines, managing bank accounts, and optimizing bank fees.
