**Traveling Welder with pay up to $35/hour in Minnesota.**

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Travel nationwide to support new construction, remodel, and maintenance projects at power plants
+ Perform **80% technician work** (inspection, cleaning, maintenance of bus duct systems)
+ Perform **20% TIG welding** on aluminum components (horizontal & vertical welding)
+ Conduct stick welding on structural steel when required
+ Install and refurbish bus duct systems (rigging, alignment, torquing, painting, plating)
+ Work in confined industrial spaces and follow strict safety procedures
+ Support outage and service call work under time-sensitive conditions
+ Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment as per project standards
+ Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely
