Job Title: Travel RN PICU
Location: San Antonio, TX 78207
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift/Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide routine and complex nursing care in a Pediatric ICU setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
- Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient response
- Manage ventilated pediatric patients and critical care cases
- Document patient history, treatments, and progress accurately
- Educate patients families and caregivers on care plans and needs
- Delegate tasks and coordinate with healthcare team members
- Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
