Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the QA team for a Travel account
- Monitor CSAT, FCR, NPS, and Quality Scores
- Conduct audits, calibrations, and compliance checks
- Drive root cause analysis and process improvements
- Partner with Operations and Training teams
- Present quality insights and action plans to stakeholders
Requirements
- 5 plus years BPO QA experience
- 2 plus years as a Quality Manager
- Travel account experience (Expedia preferred)
