Type: One Month Contract
Pay: $56 to $59 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Weekly Guarantee: 40 hours
Location: West Orange, NJ 07052
Contract Dates: 06/01/2026 – 07/10/2026

Coverage Area: Morris and Essex Counties
On-Call/Weekend Requirement: One weekend per month (if possible)
Mileage: Reimbursed between patient visits

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Evaluate and treat patients in a homecare setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy services across assigned coverage areas
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
