Orientation:  2 weeks M-F from 8:00 am-5:00 pm.

NO RTO will be allowed the first 5 weeks.

• Minimum 2 years experience as the licensed professional they are applying for. 
• 1 year experience in a facility setting for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, and units with medically fragile individuals or areas with a higher acuity, more skilled nursing
• Competent in advanced skills such as gastrostomy tubes/enteral feedings, Foley catheters, tracheostomies, etc. ...
