Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri (with evening and weekend on call rotation)
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements :
- WV license
- 2 years experience
- Required Skills: home health experience. HCHB, OASIS
- BLS
