Role Summary:

As a T&E Program Contractor, you will provide operational continuity across all three T&E platforms, own employee-facing support channels, and keep policy and FAQ content current and accurate. This role is hands-on and employee-facing, requiring strong corporate card and expense administration fundamentals, disciplined ticket and channel handling, and excellent communication. You will work closely with the GSS Belgrade operations team, IT, Finance, and external vendors (BCD Travel, Brex) to triage requests, resolve issues, and escalate appropriately.

What You’ll Do

• Administer Brex corporate cards: cardholder onboarding and offboarding, spend group and policy assignment, Lodge Card monitoring, declined transaction triage, and roster reconciliation against Workday.
