Handle travel requests assigned by the department manager. Determine clients#39; needs, providing advice and relevant recommendations; design bespoke travel itineraries according to customer preferences (Interests, expectations, budget, etc.)
Proactively collaborate with the Product team and/or local suppliers to create exclusive experiences to accommodate respective requests.
Coordinate with the respective relevant department to make travel arrangements including flight ticket reservations, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, sightseeing tours, and other services such as rentals of cars or boats.
Follow-up payment with customers.
Host and respond to all customers’ phone calls/online meetings in a timely manner, professionally and courteously upon request.
