  Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.

  Support customers with travel difficulties.

  Assist passengers via calls /chat. 

  
  

• 
  

  Foster enduring relationships with customers for building trust. 

  
  

Our requirements: 

• 
  

  Fluent in written and spoken German (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
