Job Description:

We are hiring Travel Account Specialist to assist clients with flight, hotel, and travel inquiries. Ensure smooth bookings and provide accurate information to deliver excellent customer experiences.



Responsibilities:

Handle travel-related inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Assist clients with bookings, modifications, or cancellations

Provide accurate information on travel options, schedules, and promotions

Record all interactions and maintain up-to-date documentation

Escalate complex cases to supervisors

Meet service quality and customer satisfaction goals



Schedule & Training:

Rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Paid training on travel systems and company procedures



Requirements:

At least High School or Senior High School graduate
