About The Role

We are recruiting a Trauma & Resiliency Informed Practice Training Lead to be part of the Independent Commission for Reconciliation and Information Recovery (ICRIR).

You will play a vital role in building and integrating the Commissions trauma and resiliency - informed approach as set out in the ICRIR Framework for Implementing the Trauma and Resiliency Informed Model (TRIM) - Independent Commission for Reconciliation & Information Recovery. You will deliver TRIM trainings, based in the Community Resiliency Model, work with other staff to develop and improve existing trainings and contribute to the life of the team overseeing the Commission's co-designed trauma-informed and resiliency-focused workplan.
