            Minimum qualifications  Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 
5 years of experience managing warehousing and supply chain operations. 
5 years of experience working with, supervising, and managing third party logistics relationships. 
2 years of experience working with Transportation Management Application (e.g., JDA). 
 Preferred qualifications  Experience driving performance through metrics and using data for process improvement. 
Experience working across all levels, from associates to senior‑level leaders. 
Experience in the use of distribution strategies and ability to interpret carrier rates, agreements and tariffs. 
Knowledge of multi modal transportation. 
Ability to lead people/cross‑functional and project teams in a matrix environment to deliver results.
