About the Role
You will play an important part in delivering a high standard of performance across safety, compliance, service, and cost. You will provide effective leadership and support to a team of drivers and administrators.
 
As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:
• Manage drivers and transport operations, fostering employee engagement and clear, effective communication including timely 121’s with your direct reports.
• Ensure all transport operations remain legally compliant and maintain a safe working environment aligned with Unipart’s safety and environmental policies.
• Coordinate daily routes, driver hours, and infringements while collaborating with warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely load completion.
