Transport Reefer Technician

As a key player in improving the Bison’s Reefer Trailer Fleet performance, you will perform efficient, effective, and timely maintenance and repairs. You will be a team‑player in the Maintenance Department, mentoring and training fellow technicians and collaborating to improve maintenance standard operating procedures. You must diagnose recurring problems and communicate findings to the Maintenance Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on all reefer trailers in the Bison Transport fleet.
• Diagnose problems during inspections and prescribe correct remedial action.
• Perform repairs identified during barn inspection and preventative maintenance in a timely, effective and efficient manner.
• Attend team meetings and perform miscellaneous repairs on Bison Transport equipment.
