Job Description

• Plan the coordination activity to truckers based on the Delivery PerformanceMonitoring, POD Monitoring, Daily Report of Returns and Cancelled Items, and Booking Schedule
• Communicate with coordinators of truckers to monitor and follow through status of deliveries to accounts to ensure delivery on or before the required delivery date
• Follow through status of PODs from coordinators to ensure timely transmittal
• Investigate causes of RUDs rejects/returns upon delivery for timely disposition
• Keep accurate and updated records of Delivery Performance Monitoring
• Keep accurate and updated records of PODs
• Keep accurate and updated records of Daily Report of Returns and Cancelled Items
