Role Overview

The Transition Specialist sits in the Enterprise Business (EB) Delivery division and reports to the Associate Director, Enterprise Service Management. The role is responsible for governance and coordination of scheduled projects and transition activities to move customers into/out of Digital TAC support and Managed Services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage transition projects including planning, scheduling, transition activities, and monitoring.
• Engage with stakeholders across business, project teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
