About the Role

The Transition Solution Leader (TSL) is a senior, client-facing expert responsible for architecting end-to-end transition solutions across Single Tower and Multi-Tower outsourcing engagements. The TSL works closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and the client organization to design commercially viable, risk-mitigated transition solutions and defend them convincingly during Solution Defence sessions

This role demands deep domain expertise, sharp commercial acumen, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex, time-pressured deal cycles.
