Required Experience & Profile
Essential

  • Proven experience in large-scale organisational or enterprise transformations

  • Strong background in: Change management
    Execution model, delivery, or operational transformation

  • Ability to operate as a trusted sparring partner to senior leadership

  • Demonstrated success working in complex, global, cross-cultural environments

  • High tolerance for ambiguity and evolving scope; ability to move forward without full definition upfront
