Transformation Manager – Overview

The Transformation Manager drives the overall transformation strategy for the organisation, identifying areas for improvement, enabling operational change, and delivering measurable business impact. A key focus of this position is monitoring and implementing Broad‑Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) initiatives across all the BBBEE pillars and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements while aligning transformation initiatives to the company’s broader business strategy.
