Transformation Change Manager (Front Office)

We are looking for a Transformation Change Manager to help lead the people side of change within our Front Office transformation workstreams.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys building relationships across teams, and can translate complex initiatives into clear, actionable communication and adoption strategies. You will partner closely with business leaders, communications, training, and transformation teams to help colleagues successfully navigate new systems, processes, and ways of working.
