Lead and manage the organisation's Transformation, B-BBEE, Employment Equity and Skills Development functions to ensure legislative compliance, achieve transformation objectives, optimise B-BBEE performance and strengthen organisational capability.
Qualifications & Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant Degree in Human Resources, Human Resource Development, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 years’ experience in Transformation, B-BBEE, Employment Equity, Skills Development, and Learning & Development
- MERSETA experience is essential
- Strong experience managing B-BBEE scorecards, verification processes, and reporting under the Generic Codes of Good Practice
- Proven experience with Employment Equity planning, Workplace Skills Plans (WSPs), Annual Training Reports (ATRs), and SETA grant applications
