The Opportunity

The Corporate Counsel will serve as the primary point of contact for all contractual issues associated with a multimillion-dollar projects, working directly with the General Counsel and the Project Executives. This role is integral to ensuring contractual compliance, risk mitigation, and effective legal support for project operations.



Location

You will work at our enterprise headquarters in Detroit, MI with frequent travel to projects as required.


Responsibilities


Your key responsibilities
+ Interpret and advise project team on contract provisions and obligations

+ Within established time frames, draft and issue formal notices to:

+ Owner

+ Subcontractors

+ Insurance companies
