Role, Purpose and Scope
- The Trainer supporting the Collections Center of Excellence (COE) will develop and deliver overview/orientation training for new hires, as well as new hire technical skills training for several aspects of the COE’s business.
- The Trainer will also be responsible for the development and delivery of new skill and/or process training as required across the COE.
- Will be expected to work closely with Operations and Operations Leadership to identify training needs as they develop and ensure employee skills are maintained to deliver a consistently positive customer experience and competent employee base.
- Contribute to operational goals as required.
- Support other COEs as required.
