・Training Program Design - Conduct interviews and hearings with each department to collect, organize, and analyze training needs and issues - Redesign existing training programs and develop new ones for each organizational level, such as worker level, staff level, and manager level - Hold meetings and consultations with external training vendors to jointly develop concrete training programs - Implement training programs and evaluate their effectiveness ・Recruitment - Carry out recruitment activities for Operators / Production Workers (general workers) - Manage and develop recruitment channels and control recruitment costs - Perform other tasks related to recruitment as required
