Overview
Responsible for staff training within the Group. Identify the training needs of employees and develop and organise programmes to meet those needs. This role is a 2IC to the Training and Development Manager and will assist with the various tasks.

Qualifications
- Bachelor in Training and Development degree (BTD) or Diploma in Occupational
- OD ETDP Practitioner level 5
- 5 years of experience as a Skills Development Facilitator
- Qualified SDF, OD ETDP Practitioner, preferably a training specialist
- Sound knowledge of the Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETA)
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
