Experience :

8 to 10 years total experience (incl Field & Training)

Minimum 3years experience into Training (Mandatory)

Thorough knowledge of relevant therapy segment

Role:

Training of Sales force to equip them with therapy knowledge, skill and Inclinic effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

1)Plan and design training calendar for the entire year.

2) Pre training study material and pre training evaluation.

3)Update & arrange training material/product manual /induction.

4)Conduct training for the divisions assigned.

5) Evaluation of training participants on knowledge and skill post training.
