Minimum requirements:
  • Red Seal Trade Qualification (Machinist / Toolmaker or related technical trade)
  • Minimum 10+ years post trade-test experience
  • Proven progression into senior leadership roles (e.g. Senior Facilitator, Head of Department, Operations Manager)
  • Experience within a TVET College, OEM Technical Academy, or accredited private training provider
  • Strong knowledge of QCTO and/or MERSETA training frameworks and compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated experience managing technical training delivery and operations
  • Previous exposure to staff management and team leadership
