Job Overview:
The Training and Onboarding Specialist supports the organization's mission by ensuring all employees are effectively onboarded, trained, and continuously developed to provide high-quality, person-centered care. This role manages the learning management system (LMS), designs and implements training and development programs, facilitates new hire onboarding and orientation in collaboration with the Clinical leadership team, and ensures compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements.
Essential Functions:
+ Serve as the key organizer for field staff onboarding and orientation and ongoing training
+ Facilitate new employee orientation sessions and ensure completion of all required documentation and training in compliance with company, state, and federal standards.
