SUMMARY:

The trainer is responsible for enhancing the skills and knowledge of employees at all levels through the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs tailored to the needs of the Department. This role reports to the Organizational Change Management team and requires a blend of instructional expertise, subject matter knowledge, and strong communication skills.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
