ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


+ Plans, organizes, and effectively conducts/presents employee training initiatives on various skill, policy, and compliance areas based on regulatory requirements and agency needs;

+ Schedules training sessions for various Agency requirements;

+ Conducts trainings at various Agency sites and times, as needed

+ Serves as a training resource for staff and community;

+ Utilizes community resources for staff training;

+ Continually assess agency-wide developmental needs; researches and identifies areas in which training is required and/or beneficial to drive training initiatives.

+ Evaluates, and makes recommendations on existing or proposed programs; suggests and implements suitable changes; acquires new training materials upon approval of the HR Director.
