Trainer – Auckland, 12 Fixed Term, Fulltime

As a Trainer, you'll play a key role in enabling our people to succeed through delivery of nationally consistent learning to the highest standard, reflecting best practice, including:

• Facilitation of approved group, one-on-one and ‘just-in-time' operational training programmes and initiatives to agreed standards and learning pathways for OSD business groups
• Providing face-to-face, remote, and digital learning support
• Creating learning environments for participants that are conducive to learning and reflect adult learning principles
• Conducting in-course and post-course evaluation activities
• Supporting the development of resources for managers and staff
• Assisting with the development of structure, policy, processes and support mechanisms that will achieve the best results for training and facilitation in the workplace
