To deliver high-quality teaching, coaching, and assessment that supports learners to successfully complete their Level 4 and 5 Residential Childcare apprenticeship standards or employer-based qualifications. The role will ensure all learners receive a stimulating, inclusive, and supportive learning journey, aligned to regulatory requirements and organisational values.
Key Responsibilities and Key Performance Indicators
- Responsible for an agreed caseload of apprentices and employer-based learners, providing them with high-quality training, coaching, mentoring and assessment to achieve their apprenticeship standard, and/or associated qualifications, in a timely manner.
