Trainee Window Installer - Maximum Vision Windows and Doors

Maximum Vision Windows and Doors is a well-established local business based in Rougham, Bury St Edmunds, trading since 2003. We install high-quality uPVC, aluminium, and some timber windows and doors on predominantly domestic projects.

We’re looking for a Trainee Window Installer who is reliable, eager to learn, and wants to build a long-term career in window and door installation.

The Role (Trainee Position)

This is a trainee role (not funded) where you’ll work alongside experienced installers and learn the full process—starting with the basics and progressing as your skills and confidence grow.

What You’ll Be Doing (with training)

Arriving at our Rougham base each morning, loading up, and travelling to jobs with the team
