Trainee Territory Sales Officer
to join our Pesticides Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for agriculture graduates with fresh to 6 months of experience to gain valuable field experience in the agricultural sector.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
Assist in market expansion and demand generation at the farmer level.
Support field activities, including conducting product demonstrations and farm visits.
Help in tracking and ensuring product visibility and shelf availability.
Assist in market surveys and sales reporting.
Required Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales processes and agricultural products.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for planning).
