To support a caseload of individuals who have experienced mental health problems with the aim of promoting good health, wellbeing and sustaining a tenancy within the community and maximising their independence
To provide ongoing support and guidance to front line staff teams to enable them to manage behavioural concerns effectively
To create plans which build an individual’s confidence and promote independence; to facilitate access to health and wellbeing services as required and provide community-based support
To review incident data, provide feedback on this to staff teams, and to monitor and flag any changes in frequency, severity or duration of incidents to the Behaviour Lead
