Technical support for IoT solutions
Responsibilities
. Monitor and maintain temperature monitoring IoT system including hardware and AWS cloudsystem
. Participatein IoT pre-sales work to gather customer requirement and conduct site survey atcustomer place
. Configure IoT devices for new customer, test and deploy the devices to customer site
. Support customer after deployment including answering customer queries, troubleshooting,and fixing issues, etc
. Document and maintain any IT documentation regarding IT infrastructure, procedures, usersupport issue and resolution
