360 Degree Flooring Ltd is looking for a motivated and reliable Trainee Floorlayer to join our growing team.

This opportunity would suit someone who wants to learn a skilled trade, earn while they learn, and build a long-term career in the construction industry. No previous flooring experience is required – we’re looking for the right attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to develop.

As part of our team, you’ll work alongside experienced floorlayers on a wide range of commercial projects including student accommodation, care homes, healthcare facilities, schools, universities, hotels, offices and retail developments.

Unlike many local flooring companies, our projects take us across the whole of the UK, giving you the opportunity to travel, gain experience on major projects, and work in different locations and environments.
