Job Description The successful candidate will join the Flight Dispatch Department, under the Total Mission Management Division in SIA. The flight dispatch department is responsible for handling flight planning duties across the SIA network in a fast-paced 24/7 shift environment. The incumbent will be part of a fast-paced operations centre work environment which requires strong individual and team performance. Effective communication, managing time critical tasks, threat and error management are important for this role. Key Responsibilities Include Preparing the operational flight plans and briefing packages for SIA flights accurately in accordance with company policies, considering aircraft performance, Minimum Equipment List / Configuration Deviation List (MEL/CDL), weather, Notice to Air Missions (NOTAMs), air traffic management measures and other operational requirements.
