About our programme:

Our traineeship programme is designed to bring you fast-track into a senior expert role in your chosen field. As a trainee, you will have the chance to work in specialized areas, exciting projects and gain exposure to different departments and leaders. In addition, you can complete an assignment in one of our METRO countries abroad, providing a truly international experience.

During your stint in the Corporate Strategy Department, you will accompany strategic projects with high impact on our operational entities.
