3 years call-centre experience 
Conversant in at least 2 languages, of which one must be English 
Computer Literate in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook & Internet skills 
Assertive 
Good people skills 
Ability to cope with unusual work schedules. 
Team player 
Strong communication and writing skills. 
Professional telephone etiquette 
Ability to multi-tasking 
Own reliable transport
