Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for FX trading applications, ensuring stability, availability, and optimal performance for Front Office users.
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve production incidents impacting trading activities in a timely and efficient manner.
Act as the main point of contact between traders, business users, internal IT teams, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.
Monitor trading application health, interfaces, market connectivity, and production flows to proactively identify issues.
Support production releases, testing activities, change management, and post‑release validations.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through incident trend analysis, root cause investigations, and maintenance of operational documentation.
