About the role Baker & McKenzie.Wong & Leow is currently looking for a Trademark Paralegal to assist the lawyers on a range of Intellectual Property matters within the practice group.
Responsibilities - Conduct searches
- File new applications in Singapore and International Applications under the Madrid Protocol, including drafting specifications
- Advising on strategies and courses of action available to clients
- Advising on office actions and drafting submissions
- Handle legal‑related queries
- Assist with recordal projects, opposition matters, IP due diligence exercise, and business development activities
- Coordinate global trademark filings
- Manage trademark registration portfolios, including preparing cost estimates and managing filing process
- Time entry and billing
