Position Overview We are currently seeking a Trademark Executive to join our Malaysian team. This role is integral to support our operations to ensure the smooth management of our portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and filing official documents, conducting preliminary trademark searches, managing prosecution workflows, and ensuring compliance with formalities. You will also monitor and track critical deadlines, prepare client and agent correspondence and maintain accurate internal records. As part of the team, you will uphold our high standards of service while ensuring timely and accurate execution of all trademark matters. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
