Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking an Associate attorney with two to four years of experience in the intellectual property field to join the Trademark, Copyright + Advertising department in the Minneapolis, New York, Denver, or Salt Lake City office.

This Associate will work primarily on trademark and copyright matters, including: trademark strategy, clearance, prosecution, and enforcement matters, domestic and international; copyright strategy, analysis and filings and handling digital content issues such as fair use, URDP complaints and online enforcement and take down requests; drafting intellectual property related agreements such as licenses and rights transfer agreements; and assistance with due diligence in purchase, sale, and financing transactions that relate to intellectual property assets.
