Trade Tested Electrician (Fixed Term Contract)

Job Location: Gqeberha Minimum Requirements Trade Tested Electrician 3-5 years relevant experience as an artisan in the FMCG industry Must be prepared to work shifts and weekends Must be immediately available Key Responsibilities Carry out preventive control of routine equipment according to the plan assigned by the supervisor. Perform electrical consumption controls on main boards, motors, thermographies on electrical boards, review of electrical measurement instruments at the entrance to the plant. Carry out maintenance duty on a rotating shift, giving urgent solutions to equipment failures in process following safety guidelines. Assign scheduled tasks in turn when there are no failures. Follow guidelines assigned by the maintenance department. Execute scheduled maintenance tasks, according to tasks assigned by the supervisor and requirements of the process areas.
